This page explains what happens to information you send through renuyourhealth.ca. Health records and booking details are handled by the clinic through its practice management system, Jane App, under its own privacy policy.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address, phone number, selections and message you enter are emailed to the clinic and stored in a secure backup so an email outage cannot lose your enquiry. They are used only to reply to you. We do not sell or share this information.

Online booking

Booking links open Jane App (renu.janeapp.com), operated by Jane Software Inc. Information you enter there is governed by Jane’s privacy policy and the clinic’s intake forms.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
