Renu was created by Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist Meeghan Mackenzie as a tranquil space in West Hillhurst that blends science and art in the process of healing.
Our approach
Combination therapy, one person at a time
There is no single approach to an individual’s healthcare needs. So we do not use one.
A massage might blend Swedish relaxation with trigger point work and myofascial cupping. A lymphatic session might pair manual lymphatic drainage with compression fitting and self-drainage coaching. Acupuncture, fire cupping and the infrared cocoon are woven in where they help. Every practitioner takes the time to get to know you, because the best results come from treatment suited to your body, not a menu item.
Clinical depth
Why lymphatic care is at the centre
Manual lymphatic drainage is where Renu’s clinical depth lives. Meeghan trained in the Vodder and Földi methods from 2011, went on to advanced protocols through the Chikly Health Institute, and earned her Certified Lymphedema Therapist designation through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
She treats post-surgical swelling, oncology-related lymphedema, lipedema and chronic inflammation with a rigour a general massage practice is not designed to offer: assessment, mapping of lymph flow, staged treatment plans, compression fitting and hands-on education so you can manage well between visits.

Born from Renu’s devotion to holistic wellness, BodyTox is our lymphatic body studio in the same clinic. It specializes in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, lymphatic facials and the infrared cocoon, blending clean, high-performance skincare with lymphatic technique.
